Here is a schedule of some additional get-togethers we are hoping to have while in Kauai, just to maximize the amount of time we can all spend together.

We’d love to have everyone over for a simple meet-n-greet BBQ as you are arriving, since we are not all staying in the same place but we are so excited to see you!
We ask that you bring anything you want to drink or to grill – we will provide some hot dogs and the grill, and of course, our smiling faces. Can’t wait till these two families and friends collide.

Immediate-family dinner at the house (in lieu of a rehearsal dinner). We are hoping to have a mini-pub crawl later this evening with anyone who wants to join, stay tuned for more details.

Please plan on meeting at the house at 1.30pm so we can all walk to the beach together!

Beach Day at Hanalei Bay

Please join us at Hanalei Bay, Kauai’s most majestic beach, for some fun in the sun. Bring snorkel masks, surfboards, sand-castle-making paraphernalia, snacks, drinks, whatever floats your fancy. We just want to be able to spend as much time with our guests as possible!

**Please don’t feel like any of these events are mandatory, by any means! We just wanted to coordinate a few days where we will all be able to hang out, since so many of you are coming in from out of town. We also know, though, that it’s Hawaii, and there are so many great things to do and see while you are here… especially for you folks we get to see in Seattle all the time! So no need to feel any pressure to show up to any of these, except of course the wedding. That IS mandatory.** ☺
